I’m in college, and have about 0. I have no ability to save more at this point. I wanted to start short term trading in the summer, and have a couple books to finish reading. I was interested in day trading but a minimum of 000???? I don’t have that kind of money. With only 700 where should I start. I am willing to get very motivated if there is opportunity but I don’t know if my limited funding is going to make it hard to start.

If you were in my position, what would you do to get started? I want to be as successful at trading as I can, and I am very smart so I apply quickly what I’m taught.

I am very motivated to learn how to trade and become good at it. Whatever I have to do.

I am a teenager about to graduate high school. I am very interested in the medical field but don’t know if I am smart enough to join in on it. My dad is in the stock market and is the day trading type. He gets a hold of a Forbes recommended stock every month and then sells and makes a little "side money" which I know means quite a bit of money to a teenager at least.

But what I really want to know is if he teaches me how to use all the tools with Fidelity, and assuming he gives me a substantial amount of money in the fidelity account, can I become a long term stock holder and not even have to go to college to make a very good annual income? What’s the likelihood of this?

Im currently 15, and I’m damn tired of waiting to get through high school and college to start making some serious money. I was reading about mutual funds and all this different stuff, but i figured why not probe Yahoo Answers for some info. What is the best way to get some money fast using the Stock market? What to invest in, what to trade, what broker to use, etc. A jump start in the right direction is really what I need here, as i jsut got some money and I am dying to invest it. I was hoping to get 1 mil in a couple years and eventually check out some hedge funds. Any help is appreciated.
