I have a few stocks that trade in the Pink Sheets, but my current broker, TradeKing, has too many restrictions and too many extra charges in order to trade them.

I just want a broker that will allow me to view real time streaming quotes for Pink Sheets and doesn’t over charge to trade them.

I have started learning trading in short term by using technical trading. I invest for a week’s time usually in NSE market. There are many online basic technical analysis tools, but performance/speed is not good. I am basically looking for a desktop software that can help me do technical analysis of a selected set of stocks at end of the day(not necessary to have real-time data). Can someone suggest a desktop software that can get quotes from NSE at end-of-the-day and then help me do simple technical analysis so that I can decide on stocks to be picked for next day/week? thanks in advance.

I’d be very interested to know your own personal experience trading using a phone. I trade mostly out-of-the-money options so it’s not like I need to execute trades, but it’s good to know that I can get my order filled fast if possible.

Also, how does the speed of cell phone live quotes compare to real-time quotes? I’ve noticed myself that my trading software at home is faster even than CNBC when they have the camera shot of the INDU ticker.

I am a pretty aggressive stock trader and currently use charles schwabb optionetics. It no longer works on my office computer due to firewall restrictions. I currently have a blackberry 8320. Ok, I have now learned how to successfuly day trade and now I want to know how I go about doing it. I live in Canada and I want to know the following.

Where can i trade with trades at around -8 a trade?

If i buy a stock at 10.00 a share, do i have to pay more on a margin, aka 10.04 a share? And if i were to sell that share at 11.10 would i get that price or 11.05 area?

What software can i buy that has live quotes and live charts that are good with a tick by tick update or 20-30 sec updates on the stock chart for canadian charts?

What are the ETF`s i need to trade Canadian or US stocks that are on the TSE? I know HSU and HSD are up and down stocks respectively with double yields. I want double yields as i was doing great trading SDS and SSO on virtual stock exchange only. Is there any other good double yield ETFs?

Right now i am trading longterm (a few weeks or a week) and it costs a trade (too much) and it is not possible to day trade as it takes time for money to get into my bank (B of NS)

In China, there’re quite some real time stock softwares. Basically they’re the same thing. Offer real time quotes, info, charts, VERY detailed technichal analysis…. People can browse,anaylysis and trade with this software…. Is there such a software in America?

I’m a Chinese and would like to get familiar with American stock market from now on. So if there’s such a software it’d be of great importance to me. Any stock guru can guide me through this???and how do Americans do stock investment? Do you have a broker do it for you or you do it yourself?

In China we just go open an accountant in a securities company and then trade via the company’s system, which get us directly connected to SSE(Shanghai Stock Exchange) or SZSE(Shenzhen Stock Exchange), so in China most investors do the investment all by themselves, There’re stock brokers too but they mainly work for companies , not individuals. Unless the individual has REALLY big fund.
