Sometime in the future, but not at anytime soon, do you think Canada will merge with the U.S. Some things considered is that at one time during the 19th century, a group of influential & elite American politicians had pondered about the U.S. invading Canada to take over it, but at the time the U.S. was involved with U.S.-Mexican War. Canada and the U.S. are close neighbors and trade partners with each other, sharing a similar culture with each other. Politics of both countries greatly affect one another, but not as much as does U.S. politics affects Canada. The U.S., from its NORAD command center, monitors U.S. & Canadian skies from any missiles attacks; nevertheless, both countries has with each other of policy-level consultation on bilateral defence matters through the Permanent Joint Board on Defense. The U.S. is the fourth largest country in the world for total area size, while having a population of about 330 million. Canada is 2nd for total area, with a pop. of about 30 million.
Soon, the U.S. will start running out of land due to overpopulation, while Canada will still have plenty of land.

Considering everything, would it make sense, from an American stand-point, for Canada to merge with the U.S.?

With Legitimate Concerns, China has curtailed the purchase of U.S. Bonds in January of ‘08 and February of ‘09. China was the #1 source of currency to the United States and now, they’re GONE!

Not to mention, the Baltic Dry Exchange Index (BDI) crashed in November of ‘08 which sadly went unnoticed. Dropping -93 points which brought the Shipping Trade of the United States to an almost complete halt.

These are *NOT* some little trivial aspects in the Financial World, nor are they trivial to the general population of the United States. What these two aspects combined mean, America is being ISOLATED.

As those Banks and Corporations are BAILEDOUT and Paper Money continues to be printed with nothing to back it all up … the streets of America continue to become full of empty homes on both sides … businesses continue to close on those streets … people go on unemployment, which is only for a short time … then on Government Assistance … then more people will move into Tent Cities, Shanty Towns or commit suicide.

Think you’re immune to all of this? Guess again. Enjoy each day, because every tomorrow will get worse.

Imagine every day as if its your last…well what if that was the case, a virus designed so itructly that it would take hundred of yrs to dismantle and understand it. that you needed to take your medication or have your injection of whatever in order to survive because the human immune system had finally reached a state of complete understanding, that it now could be made into a fighting machine killing off anything that would harm the body at a price; or a weak, crippled, body unable to fight off even the human cold without the proper medication from the proper company who owns the patent or copyright to anti virus(with biomedical, genetic engineering or nano technology it is possible it is not a question of how because the how exist and why does to, but a question of when) . you would need that company or government to survive in essence creating a form of slavery in a system of complete dependency the laws would be enforced by microscopic police..

from a individual stand point being a extrovert and looking in. i can see most future generations disliking the idea of being human because to be human would be weak incapable of taking any sort daily tasks. self hatred would occur and self mutilation would occur in order to trade human limbs, in for something stronger out of evolutionary standards of artificial limbs, Controlled emotion(during wartime soldiers, police officers, even rioters would be subjected to no emotion or other degrees of emotion to help benefit psychological repercussions or social repercussions like civil unrest) controlled thinking( help people focus or distract people from fact or objective), controlled mobility(limitations on restricted areas {government buildings and complexes} and the mobility of moving through or around them or illegal if a illegal action takes place all limbs would fail to work, to help with rule of law). possible social classes would come from all of this if your poor you cant afford a artificial biological(limb or organ) substitute from a injury or life long handicap. a counter-culture will form from this copying or finding ways around it because where there is will there is a way and nature will have its way, one way or another. a advance stage of evolution could spawn out of this possibly to keep up with this self mutilation.

I just hope, because when there is nothing left there is always hope and faith. that we wont go to far, that we will reach a point where all human characteristics will be unrecognizable, that we will abandon the very natural things that make us who we are and forsake our humanity our ability to love for self hatred. when is far to far? anyways
