Hello everyone. I am needing some help here with understanding the PDT regs. The question that I have is not addressed in any of the Series 7 or 66 books that I have.

I recently completed day trades on two days out of the last 5 business days, one on the 1st day on 1 on the fifth. However, the problem lies in that I had purchased the respective securities in 2 seperate orders. I have done this before on numerous occasions without it being an issue, but apparently this time the transactions were counted by the number of purchase orders there had been.

Does anyone know the exact defenition here, insofar as this is concerned? I have been able to find little information on this, and have scowered Heven and Earth for it!

Note: A talent was a form of currency, I believe approximately equivalent to a days wages.

I feel that redistribution of wealth Obama style is like giving the poor man the 00.

I feel that McCain’s plan is like giving the rich man the 00, and telling him to invest it, grow it, and create more wealth for more people by giving them a job.

So after reading this, please try to tell me why trickle up economics (aka Obama’s plan) is better?
