How nice would it be to have Slavery Legal??

And this question has nothing to do with Race/Color/Gender!!!
Im just saying, it I had a servant by my side at all times, I would be at least 10x more productive and more beneficial to society, since I would have so much more free time and it would be like adding hours to the typical 24hr-day.
My slave could be anything from a fully functional robot to a well-fit bum on the streets. I mean if you look at from his/her point of view…he/she is getting food and shelter for the service he/she provides me. Im not saying I would treat him/her the way slaves of the past were treated, but if he/she gets old or I stop liking their attitude, I could very easily make a trade to better suit my needs…
Just an opinion… and I thank America for letting me voice that opinion.

I have no problem with voluntary slavery. You could consider a butler a voluntary slave. So long as the slave willingly accepts their circumstances, and can leave at will, I am all for it.

I think it would be nice if it was set up with a contract and set up kind of like an indentured servant. Have certain regulations and rules set up so the masters don’t exploit the slave and its not too bad. It also shouldn’t be a contracts that carry on to the next generation. Maybe some form of apprenticeship would also work with it, like if someone wants to learn a trade and they don’t want to go school but just learn the craft then trading knowledge for work w/o pay would probably work. But yeah I don’t condone forced slavery but the thought of having indentured servants isn’t such a bad idea.
I think that this question personifies a racist prick. You should be ashamed of yourself for voicing this awful question. I am a 15 year old African American girl and I think that only an imbecile would say something like that. For many years my ancestors were put through so much physical turmoil and emotive anguish and I promise you I would fight against slavery with all of my might.It is disrespectful to want to put black Americans in the same position they worked so hard to overcome. I don’t want a slave at all, not even a white one, though I know some who given the chance would love to put you on a leash and at their beckon and call.I can do my own work, which is why we were put on earth. To work!!! Slavery is wrong. It would be going against our ever so clear constitutional rights. Don’t try to twist it up; you won’t catch me saying no sir to you or anybody else, because you say so.
