Best Day Trading Software

I am new to stock market. I want to learn and see if i can invest. Are there any classes/sessions for getting trained on how the stock market works and the market trends. I was watching the overall market today and it fell after the Fed rate cut. I was thinking that it would go up, it fell.
I want training that is not very expensive.
